Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU), formerly known as Bhagalpur University, is a public university located in Bhagalpur, Bihar, India. Established on July 12, 1960, it was renamed in 1991 to honor the freedom fighter Tilka Manjhi. The university offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs across various disciplines and has jurisdiction over the districts of Bhagalpur and Banka.
