Thakur Chedilal Government PG College, located in Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh, was established in 1958 under the Saraswati Teaching Committee. Initially, it functioned as a private institution offering arts courses. In 1975, the college was taken over by the government and renamed to honor Barrister Thakur Chedilal Dhak, a freedom fighter. By 1983, it expanded to include law programs, becoming a recognized law college.
