Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, is an Institute of National Importance specializing in national security and police sciences. Established in 2009 as Raksha Shakti University by the Government of Gujarat, it was later upgraded to national status in 2020 through the Rashtriya Raksha University Act .
