He joined the Faculty of College of Nursing at Valparaiso University, Indiana (USA) in 2011 and is currently serving as Director of the Virtual Nursing Learning Center (VNLC). His areas of clinical speciality include Stroke management, Liver transplant ICU, and Crash team leader. He has worked as a Nurse in-charge at Northlake Methodist Hospital in Medical-Surgical Unit. His research interests are focused on care of patients with stroke and integration of medical simulation in nursing education to enhance the student learning experience
