C. U. Shah College of Engineering and Technology, established in 1997, is a self-financed institution located in Wadhwan, Gujarat. It was founded by the Vardhman Bharti Trust and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Initially, it offered Computer Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering programs, and later became a constituent college of C. U. Shah University in 2013.
